Hi All!
To be able to better assist our participants with health form difficulties and technical issues, we have re-programmed the health form to appear on Monday mornings, beginning at 5am, regardless of when you filled it out during the week. This consistency will help us diagnose problems more quickly.
Thanks for your patience! Please call or email the helpline with any questions.
Choosing to refill an ink cartridge rather than purchase a replacement can save money, but it also carries some risk. This is because your computer may not recognize the change to the ink level and therefore will believe it is still out of ink and will not accept any print requests. To guarantee that your printer will be fully operational after it has run out of ink, we recommend purchasing a new cartridge rather than refilling the old one.
